Our policy lasts 1 hour. If 1 hour has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be watched the course for more than 1 hour. If you have watched the course then your refund will be invalid.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the following conditions only a refund will be applicable:

1. Wrong course purchase:

If you have purchased the wrong course by mistake and you inform to Akstudy team within 5 hours of purchase. But make sure you haven’t watched the course for more than 1 hour.

2. the Same course purchased:

You may purchase the same course from multiple ids. Then you have to submit your both ids. We will refund you instantly.

What are the steps to refund?

There is a simple step to contact us via contact form or WhatsApp with your purchase order details (email, mobile, name & orderID, UPI ID, or bank details). We will refund instantly if you will be eligible.
